Climatictesting

Climatic and thermal testing is performed to ensure that a product will withstand the environment it is intended for; during transportation, storage and in operation. A climatic and thermal chamber combines extreme temperatures with humidity.

Fully accredited testing is available for most standards.

The effects of temperature and humidity over a wide range of combinations and levels are simulated according to IEC 60068-2-series.
